Usable with different kinds and sizes of rods as strap is 86mm long so will fit around any rod.
The three batteries supplied can be used for up to 1 or 2 years so long as the power is turned off when not in use.
No damage to fishing line and it is very sensitive to bites.
Has a very bright red light that flashes when set off.
When a fish has a quick bite the alarm beeps and light flashes twice but if the bite is more then it sounds and flashes for 11 seconds.
